Here are the directions for using the inch loss wrap.
The first thing to do is to get everything ready: Keep in mind that the rule of thumb is that is you are 200 lbs and below then you will use 10 oz of body wrap mixture to 2 oz of salt powder and 7 oz of watm water.
If you are over 200 lbs then you should use 12 oz of wrap mixture with 2.5 oz of salt powder with 9 oz of water.
